We were invited to help Fronde Systems Group improve the performance and engagement of its workforce in 2008 following a decline in investor confidence.
After helping Fronde's leadership team create and embed a new strategy, we deployed our Leadership Programme across the business the following year.
This led to revenue growth each year thereafter hitting 100% in 2012. By 2013, they had increased profit by 145%, delivered the second-highest Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) in the IT sector (166.8%) and achieved the third-highest rating in New Zealand’s Top Ten Companies to Watch list (TIN).
The result of these changes enabled Fronde to reestablish itself as one of New Zealand's premier technology companies.
